Application
This penetration tester is designed and made as per National Standard GB/T4509 "Asphalt Penetration Measurement Method", T0604 "Asphalt Penetration Test" in the latest standard of the Ministry of Communications JTG E20-2011 "Testing Procedures for Asphalt and Asphalt Mixtures for Highway Engineering". It also comply with GB/T269 Standard Test Method for Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease and Petrolatum, GB/T4985 Standard test method for needle penetration of petroleum waxes and ASTM D217 Standard Test Methods for Cone Penetration of Lubricating Grease. It is suitable for determining the depth of a standard needle that is inserted into a sample such as petroleum asphalt at a specified time and temperature. It can also be used for the penetration test of solid fine particles, powders, colloids, frozen bodies and other food materials such as cheese, sugar gum, butter, wheat cream, butter, and ferment. Widely used in petrochemical, transportation, food, research institutions and other units.
